Description
Mechanism to automate chain-driven tilt doors.
BAS MEC+C 0.25 HP for doors up to 20m².
BAS MEC+C 0.50 HP for doors up to 40m².
BAS MEC+C 1 HP for doors up to 60m².
Electro-mechanical set suitable for automating single or double leaf tilt doors opening outward or inward, guillotine doors, suspended sliding doors, folding doors, and sectional doors.
KIT-S: doors with a single lateral movement.
KIT-D: double transmission with a single motor-reducer and a transmission shaft.
BAS-MEC + C: Built-in end switches.
Thread pitch 1.25mm. (Facilitates the adjustment of end switches.) Sliding nut and guide bushes of the shaft made of brass.
- Available in several versions, 0.25 HP, 0.50 HP, and 1 HP in single-phase and three-phase. Under optimal conditions, doors up to approximately 60m² can be automated (using double transmission).
- Single-phase or three-phase electric motor. Self-ventilated motors can work intensively.
- Outer body of aluminum. Worm screw of high-strength cemented and tempered steel.
- Rectified spindle thread profile.
- Bronze centrifuged toothed wheel.
- Reducers with lifetime lubrication. (No maintenance required)
