Self-locking (electro-mechanical) mechanism for automating counterweighted tilt doors (residential use)
RESIDENTIAL USE
ROT MEC: Self-locking mechanism (8m²) for automating single or double leaf counterweighted tilt doors and hinged counterweighted tilt doors.
NOTE: The latter can be automated as long as they have vertical guides.

- HINGED COUNTERWEIGHTED DOORS CAN BE AUTOMATED.
- In case of power failure, the door can be unlocked by turning the handle of the motor-reducer. By activating the device, unlocking can be done from the outside or inside using the handle.
